(if you know her, i am sure you can you imagine this in her rambly, enthusiastic voice)
I got a new bathing suit, and my mom left it in the hotel with all this other clothes, and she has to pay to have them ship it back, and my Nona and Lolo and Amber were there when we got there, and it was hot, and there was a spa, and I went under......and uh...my sister, occupied herself by pulling out the wipes one by one and washing her face, until Aladdin told her that wipes didn't grow on trees.
...oh yeah and avery grace also liked to take the towel and play in the condensation from the air conditioning on the balcony! I love her bathing suit!
...and I played astronaunt. and like my parents totally didn't understand why standing infront of the a/c with a flower meant that i was an astronaut, but it like totally did.
...and my NaNa, Aladdin's mom, she got me this princess puzzle and I did it all by myself and another 890430 times while we were there. And I still do that puzzle about 4 times a day.
...here's my NaNa with avery grace...every one kept calling themTWINS!! they look so much alike! same looong eyelashes, and mouth. beautiful! And I spent the night with my NaNa and Great Grandma and Grandpa Cordell, and I did my puzzle and I went to the park and this boy on the disrt hill was throwing dirt and I told him no! And then we went to the pier and I was a little scared, but NaNa said it was ok, and then we got juice boxes.
...ohhh and on vacation, Avery Grace figured out how to escape from her pack and play and got in big trouble!! And I imitated the Genie from Aladdin when he does this part with tht guy who plays someone from Taxi Driver, my mom and dad think it's really funny. It goes like this: Excuse me? Are you lookin' at me? Did you rub my lamp? Did you wake me up? Did you bring me here? And all of a sudden you're walking out on me? I don't think so, not right now. You're getting your wishes, so sit down! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Ok, I gotta go do my puzzle now.
Here is sweet Amber, who is now the age I was when she was born and I first met her. It's quite shocking. She's been helping me with the girlies a little and is a super sitter. She unloaded and loaded the dishes, and vacuumed and basically overhauled the whole living/dining/kitchen area of the house. She's also pretty stinking good at Rock Band and the triple barrel curling iron. Did I mention the girls love her, as seen here?
When my grandma passed away, I got several of her scarves. Ellie loves them and uses them all the time. When I first got them, I swore I could still smell the Estee Lauder. So glad my girl loves them too and that she knows where they came from.
Michael's very good pal Noe came for a visit on his birthday, so Ellie and I made him a cake. It was her first time using the mixer which she thought was a little too loud. Her fave part was licking the beaters and cleaning up, she said.
Is it just me or does she kinda look like this chick?
I love being a wife and a mother. My husband rocks, and I am sure I don't deserve him. We have 2 little daughters, who are happy and healthy little princesses. I like photography, cooking, crafting, cheese, good wine, "reality TV", dirty vodka martinis, shoes, HGTV, Anthony Bourdain, Tori Spelling, Chelsea Handler, Target, Trader Joe's, Sephora, pedicures, Plug-ins, Febreeze and fabric softener, shopping, sleeping in, blogging, and gardening. My passion is cooking and all things culinary. I am not so fond of diapers, cleaning, gardening (the dirty part), whining, drama and impatience. Right now, I am working on Gourmet Buffet, Pretty Papers and my Etsy Shop. I pretty much have way too much going on! I used to sport stilettos but now I flaunt flip flops. I have a rad ponytail too.
